At Naked Espresso, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We can only accept change-of-mind cancellations if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Please note that, for food safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of opened coffee products unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
To help us assess your request, we may ask you to provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product (where applicable)
- Coffee Equipment & Accessories
Coffee equipment and accessories may only be returned if they are faulty or you have received the incorrect product.
Unless the item is faulty, all returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
