Seasons Greetings

With 2014 coming to a close, one can’t help but reflect on the year that was, and look forward to the year ahead. It’s also a time for being grateful and we have welcomed many new Naked Espresso customers and coffee drinkers alike, so thank you for all your support, and we look forward to serving up many more of your favourite coffees in 2015. And as we head into a break for the year and many cafes do shut their doors for some much needed downtime, the real question for some caffeine lovers and addicts becomes: “Where am I going to get a decent coffee over the holidays?!”  We know Melbourne slows down but you may not, so we have come up with our top 3 survival tips to surviving the silly season, for caffeine addicts: 1)      Staying put: If you’re staying in Melbourne, there are some cafes open over the Christmas break, and even some open on Christmas Day, serving up Naked Espresso of course! Below are some of our cafes that will be open: Little Westbury (East St Kilda) https://www.facebook.com/littlewestburycafebalaclava Forest Green (Armadale) http://forestgreen.com.au/ Café Darling (South Yarra) https://www.facebook.com/Cafe.Darling.sy Milk the Cow (St Kilda and Carlton) http://milkthecow.com.au/ Mr Nice Guy (Ascot Vale) http://www.misterniceguy.com.au/ Gluestore (Melbourne Emporium) http://www.emporiummelbourne.com.au/Stores/ Endless Summer Café (Ocean Grove) http://www.theendlesssummercafe.com.au/ 2)      Going Away: If you’re lucky enough to be going away, whether it’s traveling locally or overseas, camping or going anywhere where you don’t trust the coffee being served, be sure to pack an Aeropress, an ingenious domestic filter brewing device. You can purchase it at our online store http://www.nakedespressoco.com.au/shop-brewing/aeropress. Make sure you take some Naked ground coffee with you too, and ensure you have enough to last the journey. You can purchase any of our 5 blends at our online store (http://www.nakedespressoco.com.au/shop-products/?category=Coffee 3)      Emergencies: In absolute emergencies, start drinking Green tea. It contains three times more caffeine than coffee and is simple and easy to prepare. Why not try Tea Drop’s Honeydew Green Tea http://www.nakedespressoco.com.au/shop-products/honeydew-green The team at Naked Espresso would like to wish you and your loved ones a merry Christmas and a happy and safe New Year.  We look forward to bigger and better things in 2015. See you all on the other side!
