What is your coffee packed in?
Our coffee is packed in 250g and 1kg bags. It is sealed at the top by a heat sealer to ensure freshness.
How fresh can I expect my coffee?
You can expect your coffee to arrive at your door within 10-14 days from the roast date. All bags have a one way valve that allows CO2 to escape but does not allow oxygen to enter the bag.
When can I expect delivery from order?
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from order.
Shipping & Returns Policy
What are the shipping costs?
We have a flat fee of $10 per order and offer free postage for orders over $50.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds or exchanges of coffee purchases are not accepted, unless in the case of an incorrect product that has been received. We make every effort to ensure that your order is processed, packed and sent in the correct manner, however, if you do receive an incorrect item in which you have ordered, please contact email@example.com and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Once orders are received they are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.
Repairs & Warranties
Most items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty so if a product is faulty please contact us immediately.
Delivery of Goods
We use Australia Post to deliver all of our goods, which has a tracking number on each item. Once our goods are despatched from our warehouse, Naked Espresso accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, late delivery or non-delivery of goods.
